Make the script's directory importable in ``_execute_script()``, matching the behavior of ``python script.py``. Backport of #154195 to 3.15. Allocate fallback names locally so the backport preserves the stable runtime layout.
The external inspection, asyncio tools, and profiling tests pass (536 tests, 8 skipped).
